After spending time travelling in Australia, I returned to the UK and continued working within the hospitality industry. I met one of the QualityLS Directors whilst working in this industry and was lucky enough to have left a positive impression.
Soon after, I joined the QualityLS team in a supportive function. I was trained in multiple areas from admin, compliance, payroll, finance and recruitment until I found my niche in managing the Direct Engagement and Finance area of the business.
I have now progressed into a role which see's me run the full QLS payroll, manage the financial aspects of the recruitment process and organise and look after all of the Direct Engagement systems within the medical recruitment sector.
