Certain Contractors at Quality Locum Solutions Limited use e-timesheets to record the hours they have worked. (NB all other contractors will be required to use alternative client specific timesheet solutions).

Once your contract is finalised, you will be set up on our timesheet portal by your consultant to use our online timesheet system. You will then receive an activation email, which will enable you to go in and activate your account.

We require you to submit timesheets for approval on a weekly basis.

Important information for completing timesheets

When you enter your timesheet, you will need to ensure that the date at the top if for the correct week commencing you have worked.  Enter your hours worked per day. You will need to enter 1 if you worked a full day, 0.5 if you worked half a day and so forth (the system allows for parts of days worked in increments of 0.25

Once your hours are entered for the week you can click the ‘submit timesheet’ button for your timesheet to be sent electronically to the approver.  If you have multiple approvers, you can select the approver from the drop down box titled ‘Approver’.  If you only have one approver and they are on leave, please contact our office and we will arrange for the timesheet to be approved.  Once the timesheet has been submitted to the Client you cannot make any changes.

Please note, all hours need to be entered and submitted by 1pm on Monday to allow the approver time to check and confirm your hours.
