Candidate FAQ

How do I register?
To register with Quality Locum Solutions you can apply online, by email or by telephone.  To send us in your registration documents, you can e mail them to us or you can upload them straight onto our website.

What jobs do you have?
The best way to get the latest pharmacy jobs is to download our app here Apple or Android.
We can also send SMS messages to your phone or email you with the latest locum Hospital pharmacy jobs, locum prison pharmacy jobs or locum pharmacy jobs in CCGs.

What sectors or departments do you cover?
Quality Locum Solutions supply Locum Pharmacist and Locum Pharmacy Technicians to the NHS, Private Hospital, GP Surgeries, CCGs and Prisons.

Where do I get a timesheet?
You can download a paper timesheet online by clicking on the link above, or we can set you up with electronic timesheets.  More information in our payroll section.

How do I get paid?
Send us your timesheet and, if you are a Limited Company, your invoice.  If you use Paystream or Asset Services, we will request it on your behalf.  Quality LS pay on the Wednesday following your week worked.

What if I self book?
If you do, that is great.  Please can you ensure you let your consultant know that you have self-booked, especially for ad hoc bookings so that we can ensure you are set up for payroll each week.

Who do I contact if I cannot make a shift or if I am late?
Please ensure you give us as much notice as you can to ensure we can send someone else to help staff the department.  You can contact our office between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, or please contact our mobile on 07824 331 658 in the evenings or on weekends. Please do not send an e mail, ensure someone has acknowledged and is aware of your circumstance.
